Whats a good site for a newbie?

I'm new to online poker and want to play 1/2 or 2/4 limit. where can i learn while not losing my shirt?

i would recommend party poker for ring games.

But you can lose your shirt playing at any website if you hit a bad run of cards or get some bad beats. make sure you have a large enough bankroll before you start. otherwise you should be pl aying even lower limits.
